We are thrilled to provide a FREE UK delivery service on orders over £30*. We also offer two express delivery options on “countdown”  in-stock items.

We aim to send out all items within 24 – 48 hours where possible. Sometimes items need to be ordered from the Netherlands which takes an additional 3-4 days.

FREE UK Delivery / Standard Delivery
Items are sent to you within 4-7 working days.

Express Delivery (cut off 12 pm)
Items need to be in stock and have a countdown, these items are sent out the same day for next day delivery if ordered before 12pm Mon-Fri. Orders after this time we cannot guarantee same day dispatch and will be processed the next day (ie: an order at 1pm Friday will be dispatched Monday and delivered on Tuesday.) (Hard Paddle Boards are not available with this option)

Hard Paddle Boards
These SUPs are delivered direct from JOBE in the Netherlands. Typically these take 3 – 5 days to be delivered. A tracking link will be emailed within 1 working day of placing the order and the specialist courier will call you to book a slot before delivery.

* Surfboards and Beater boards
Surfboards and Beater boards are incredibly expensive to ship around the country. We certainly do not make money from shipping the larger/longer items and more often than not subsidise the delivery costs from our profits. Thanks for your understanding.

Tracking

Every parcel is tracked at each stage of the journey with customers being texted and emailed with updates including out for delivery alerts.
